Terms of Service

By downloading or using Streampal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Streampal.

Streampal is a desktop application for content creators. It connects to Twitch and TikTok to power features including song requests with a live overlay. The application runs on your computer and processes data locally.

Streampal is in Early Alpha. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.

To use Streampal, you connect your Twitch account via OAuth2. By doing so, you grant Streampal permission to read your chat messages and access your stream information. You can revoke this access at any time from your Twitch account settings.

Streampal also reads TikTok Live events including chat messages, gift events, and like events during your streams. This is handled directly by the desktop app and does not require a TikTok account login within Streampal.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Streampal complies with the terms of service of Twitch, TikTok, and any other connected platform.

When using Streampal, you agree not to:

Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm other users or viewers.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.

Use Streampal in any way that violates the terms of Twitch, TikTok, or any other connected platform.

Use Streampal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations of the application.

We reserve the right to restrict access to Streampal.tv or related services for users who violate these conditions.

Streampal integrates with Twitch, TikTok, and Spotify. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform rules that affect Streampal's functionality.

Spotify is an optional connection used solely to read your currently playing track for display on your stream overlay. Connecting Spotify is not required to use Streampal.

Streampal is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Twitch, TikTok, Spotify, or any of their parent companies or affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

All content, branding, and software associated with Streampal is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the application or website without our express written permission.

Streampal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

As Streampal is in Early Alpha, you should expect occasional bugs and breaking changes. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Streampal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application or website.

You may stop using Streampal at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to discontinue the service or restrict access to the Streampal.tv website at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Streampal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your use of Streampal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the application accesses and how it is handled.
